• The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges.
• The Southampton postcodes area that we drop off to is SO14, SO15, SO16, SO17, SO18, SO19, SO30 & All Cruise Terminals in Southampton,

• The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 45 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit.(Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal) The Best Meeting Point to Meet the driver is at Heathrow airport terminals, Terminal 2, in front of WHSmith Store. Terminal 3, in front of WHSmith Store. Terminals 4 & 5 in front of Costa Coffee Store. For international flights, our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point located immediately after the customs exit, 45 minutes after the flight land. The driver will then wait a further 45 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight landed. If the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional carpark cost and additional waiting time are payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked. If you're travelling with a collapsible wheelchair, please note this is counted as one piece of large luggage.
