• This service is available In 3 different types of vehicles: 1 to 3 adults traveling in a Sedan, 1 to 4 adults traveling in a Minivan, 1 to 8 adults traveling in a Van.
• The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchair.
• This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have been informed by the passenger that they will no longer require the service.
• This service does not include admission tickets to Highclere Castle you can only buy tickets on the official website. if you do not have admission tickets you are not able to buy them on the day or enter the grounds.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. This service will start with the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have informed the driver that they will no longer require the service. If the service exceeds the set amount of hourly allowance or requires additional hours. The additional costs will be charged at £65 per hour for the Sedan and minivan, £70 per hour for the Van, this is payable to the driver at the end of the service In cash or by credit card is available with an additional credit card transaction fee at 4%.
