On the day of the tour, your guide will be waiting for you under the arches at the main entrance of Ajuda National Palace, wearing a blue Follow Me lanyard for easy identification. Please note that the Royal Treasury Museum has airport-style security screening. Bags and personal belongings may be inspected upon entry, and large bags or backpacks may not be permitted inside the exhibition area. Secure lockers are available on site for a small fee (approximately €1). For any urgent matters on the day of the tour, please contact us at +351 928 342 727. As this is a private experience, the tour will be conducted entirely at your own pace, allowing plenty of time to admire the palace, discover Portugal's Crown Jewels and ask your guide any questions.
