The Georgian era quadrangle was built on the site of a Tudor palace ("Old Somerset House") originally belonging to the Duke of Somerset in 1547. The present Somerset House was designed by Sir William Chambers. The site of Somerset House stood directly on the River Thames until the Victoria Embankment parkway was built in the late 1860s. • Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East (between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
• Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
• Please present your printed or e-ticket at any of Uber Boat by Thames Clippers piers
• Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.
• You can get on the boat and travel at any of our piers .
• Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking for 1 Day unlimited journeys from anywhere between Putney and Barking Riverside.
• Boarding is based on a first come first served basis
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per traveler
• Present your printed or e-ticket at any Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier (all zones included) Present your ticket to IFS Cloud Cable Car staff (3min walk from North Greenwich pier).
