Luxury: Up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases. Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack. Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting. Service Limitations We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
