      1. Book Your Ticket on Viator: Select your travel details and complete the booking on Viator. 2. Receive Viator Confirmation Voucher: receive Viator voucher. Do not use this voucher for travel, it is only a booking receipt. 3. Receive Your Official eTicket: receive a separate official eTicket, which includes the barcode/QR code required for boardings. Important: If you do not receive your eTicket within an hour of booking, contact Viator Customer Support immediately. 4. Board the train: Scan your eTicket barcode at the automatic ticket barriers to enter the platform and board the train. 5. Return Validity: If you purchased a return ticket, your return leg is valid for one month from the date selected.

      In the station concourse, look for the main departure screens. Search for trains stopping at Luton Airport Parkway to board. Once at Luton Airport Parkway, follow signs for the Luton DART. Take the escalators/lifts up to the DART shuttle terminal, which connects directly to the airport terminal.
