Upon arrival at the bakery please notify bakery staff that you're there for the baking or macaron class. They will point you in the right direction. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early. This experience starts promptly, and you may not be able to join if you arrive late.

• Service animals allowed
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Specialized infant seats are available
• Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Kids under the age of 5 can join free of charge, but they won’t be able to participate in the hands-on baking experience due to safety concerns.
• This tour requires you to be able to stand for an extended period of time. It is 15 steps to the bakery on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• Meet your tour guide inside the bakery (Chez Manon) 15 minutes before the tour start time.
