• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Palazzo Pitti, Palatina Gallery and Boboli Gardens.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.

• Please note that from July 1st through August 31st, the 2:00 PM afternoon tour will take place fully indoors. This seasonal itinerary includes a guided visit to the Palatine Gallery and the Royal Apartments. Your ticket also includes self-guided access to the Boboli Gardens, which you can explore on your own (last admission at 6:00 PM). Guide/supplier's representative will give you the entry ticket at meeting point after checking in, thank you.They have a signoboard "FlorencePass Pitti Palace, Palatina Gallery and Boboli Gardens Tour". Please do not go to ticket office, meeting point is at Pitti Palace central doorway, thank you.
