What makes the Pizza Class with Antonio and Enzo truly special is its authentic Neapolitan soul. Both are from Naples, the birthplace of one of the world’s most famous pizza traditions, and they personally guide every guest throughout the experience. Antonio is a master pizza maker with over 35 years of experience, while Enzo is a qualified sommelier and trained bartender. The pizza class, wine tasting and Spritz Class are therefore led directly by the owners, not by employees or temporary staff. During the aperitivo, guests also taste the cuoppo, a traditional Neapolitan street food served in a paper cone. Food, traditions, warmth and humour all reflect the genuine character of Naples.
