Meet your guide between the two big columns in the square (Column of Saint Theodore and Column of Saint Mark). Please be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. The guide will be holding a TUI sign/flag.

• The tour will take place even when it's raining. In the event of an exceptionally high tide in Venice or heavy rain, the tour may be cancelled and you will be given a full refund

• Please provide the full names of travellers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travellers´s full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction
• Each traveller must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of the booking for successful entry to St. Mark Basilica
• Cost of the entrance ticket to Saint Mark´s Basilica is 10€ for adults
