Close to Piazza della Signoria, in central Florence. Address: Via dei Cimatori, 9Red, 50122, Firenze, Italy. Meet your guide in the office of Italy Segway Florence. The office is located between Piazza della Signoria and the House of Dante Alighieri. Your tour guide will be waiting for you.

• Specialized infant seats are available
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• A valid ID document is required on date of travel (person of age and participant in the tour).
• We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing. For spring and summer: hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For winter: warm layers, gloves, scarves, and hats. In case of rain: waterproof gear is highly recommended
• All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Kids are welcome: We only ask that your children have been riding for a while, are comfortable riding in a group, and can navigate riding a bike on various surfaces and shared traffic roads (please provide the kids' height and age)
• Child seats or tag-alongs are available (limited) for muscular bikes ONLY.
• Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• • We kindly ask all guests to be in our office at least 10 minutes prior to tour departure to complete check-in formalities. • All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available • Lead traveller of the group must bring one government-issued photo ID • All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour. • Kid bikes & child seats are available but limited - make sure to confirm the height&weight of your kids to reserve the right size of bikes/child seats.
