• If passengers needed more time to get through immigration line than the pr- requested pickup time , they must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landed time so we can keep driver waiting.
• Adult pricing applies to all passengers. London vehicle tax included in the price.
• Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking. (subject to availability)
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
• Please note that luggage allowances indicated is the total allowed per group, not per person.
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
