   St. Peter's Basilica

   At the meeting point, you will be welcomed by the guide holding a sign. After a brief introduction in St. Peter’s Square, the experience begins with a visit to the Vatican Grottoes, where popes and saints rest in an atmosphere steeped in history. We will then enter St. Peter’s Basilica to admire Michelangelo’s Pietà, Bernini’s Baldachin, and Raphael’s magnificent Transfiguration. An intense and fascinating journey, without the climb to the dome.
