Meeting and Waiting Procedures: At the Airport: The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall (Meeting Point) with a name sign. The waiting time is free of charge for 60 minutes after landing. After this time, upon prior notification, an additional hourly rate will apply. At the Hotel/Address: The driver will wait up to a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled time. No-Show: After this time, without receiving any notification from the passengers, the service will be considered a "No Show" and will not be refundable.
