   You then walk down the famous Via Sacra (Sacred Way) to the Capitoline Hill to see one of Italy’s modern-day icons, Il Vittoriano, an imposing monument built in the neoclassical style.

   Trevi Fountain

   Another short walk brings you to a very well-known fountain, featured in Fellini’s La Dolce Vita. Legend says that if you throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain and make a wish you will return to Rome on day! Time for lunch!(own expense).    Piazza Navona

   Then, you pass the ancient Baths of Nero to Piazza Navona

   a magnificent square where you can see Bernini’s “Fountain of the Rivers”.
