Your driver will pick you up with a brand new luxury car/minivan and drive you safely to your destination, helping you with your luggage. Relax on-board of the vehicle and ask all the information you need to your driver! If you will be at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it, right after baggage claim doors (please note you need to get out from baggage claim area) at NCC Limo Driver meeting point. Look out for your name! Max. waiting time is 1 hour, so if you think you might need some extra waiting time, tell us when you book the ride. If you are at one of the many hotels, he will be in the lobby, if it is a bnb or a regular flat, please be on time right at the address you send us as a pick-up point. For transfers from Rome to the airport, please provide only the pick-up time at the hotel or B&B (not the flight time); if you’re unsure about the right time, just ask us for advice via message. Please note that we strongly suggest to book your pick-up at least 3 hours before your departure flight
