Your meeting point is in front of Museo della Misericordia, located in Piazza del Duomo 19/20.. Your representative will be waiting for you on top of the steps next to the Museum entrance, in front of Giotto’s bell tower, holding a ‘Florence Duomo Guided Tour – City Wonders & AFTOURS sign.

• Please note the climbing of the Dome is not suitable if you suffer from claustrophobia, as spaces are very narrow.
• Please note that entry to the Florence Cathedral is subject to a strict dress code. Guests must ensure that their shoulders and knees are covered. Visitors who do not comply with these requirements may be refused entry.

• • Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and no refund will be possible. • Our City Wonders coordinators will be wearing blue City Wonders attire and handling a blue flag to be easily recognizable at the meeting point • The tour involves a fair amount of climbing and many stairs (there is no lift). • Only small bags are allowed, no backpack. • Entrance to the Museum can be denied to visitors carrying rucksacks and large backpacks. • Please note that entry to the Florence Cathedral is subject to a strict dress code. Guests must ensure that their shoulders and knees are covered. Visitors who do not comply with these requirements may be refused entry. • Complimentary access to the Great Museum of the Duomo, Giotto’s Bell Tower and the Baptistery are all included in your special ticket, which you can use for 72hours, in your own time after the tour. • Please note that, under exceptional circumstances and because of religious festivities, access to the Duomo (Cathedral) might be restricted to visitors. In this case the tour will be cancelled and we will process a full refund. • Please note that backpacks are not allowed inside the Duomo due to security and space constraints. If you bring a backpack, you may miss the tour as there are no storage facilities available. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated!
