• To participate in the activity, registration with the cultural association organizing the experience is required. The membership fee is already fully included in the reservation price: therefore, no additional payment will be required upon your arrival. To complete the registration procedure, before the activity begins, you will be asked to fill out and sign the membership form with the necessary data. A photo or copy of a valid identification document is also required to allow for correct registration. We advise you to arrive at Palazzo Soranzo at least 15 minutes before the start time, so that you can complete the registration procedure without taking time away from the workshop. Once registration is complete, you can access the experience. No need to purchase additional tickets or cards: the membership card is included in the online reservation. In case of a reservation for multiple participants, the data and document will be required for each person according to the methods indicated by the staff. We ask you to keep the reservation confirmation available, even in digital format on your smartphone, upon arrival.
