The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may attract an additional fee, payable direct on spot.
• Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.
• Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.
• A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
• If you're planning a day trip to Venice and staying outside the city, please note that an access fee will be required on certain dates. For more information, including details about exemptions and the specific dates when the fee applies

If your flight is delayed without notice, surcharge will apply (payable direct). If your flight arrives after 10pm, Venice Airport Link boats are not available and you will be offered alternative transfers at an additional cost. Opening hours are: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday to Sunday
