In case of your arrival in airport, send us please your flight number, to let us control the flight. The driver will wait you in the airport terminal/meeting area with a desk with your name/surname. In case of departure from the hotel/apartment in Rome to the airport just send us your address and our driver will wait you at the point at exact hour. Driver will help to you with the luggage, ask him also for the water/wi-fi if you need it.
