• Customers of age 7-17 can go as a passenger, not as a driver. If your child taller than 150 cm (4.9 ft), we can offer e-bike or e-scooter, you have to contact us in advance about that option.
• If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field.
• The maximum age is 69 for a driver and 75 for a passenger. We reserve the right to check your passport. For

• We do not go inside the sights where you will be charged additionally, as payed entrance.
• In case of light rain (up to 1 mm per hour)., proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
• A valid driver's license is required (class A or B accepted). Maximum speed 25 km/h (~16 mph).
• Not people under the influences of alcohol and drugs
• Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.

• The meeting point is Maltezske sq. 7, Praha-11800. Our shop is next door to the Embassy of Japan. Please be there 10-15 minutes before the planned start. If you not sure you can come on time - you can come 1 up to 2 hours in advance as you do for airport :) Please bring your valid driver's license is required (class A or B accepted). We reserve the right to refuse service without any refund if you have no licence on you (also, see possible age restrictions inside the tour description and/or additional info text block). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. Please note: The itinerary is provided as a general guide and is subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, traffic, or local circumstances. In case of light rain (less than 1 mm per hour), suitable rain ponchos will be provided and the tour will run as planned. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. However, if you did not call us, and not came on time - your case marked as no-show, without any option for moving to another time slot or refund.
