• Please note that our boats are open in summer. In spring and in fall the boats can be open or covered, depending on weather. And in winter they will be covered and we will have heated seats.

• In case of bad weather we provide umbrella's. In some cases of bad weather or season we might use a covered boat. In case the tour is cancelled by the operator, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

• Our departure location is the boating dock in front of the H'ART Museum, formerly known as the Hermitage Museum. Amstel 51 F. Please make sure that you are at the departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time for your check in.
