All our transfer services include Meet & Greet service. Therefore the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals with a sign showing your name. In case you experience difficulties in locating the driver you can always call our customer support, which will arrange the meeting immediately. Will I be dropped off at my accommodation? Yes, all our services are door-to-door. The driver will take you directly to the address you gave us during the booking. What if my flight is delayed? All flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive. There are no extra charges if your flight is delayed. Are there any additional fees or hidden costs? No, there are no booking fees and all our prices are all-inclusive (incl. VAT). Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book? No, we only offer private transfer services, the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you.

• At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and telephone number while abroad.
• Please be advised, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are monitored in case of any flight delays.
• We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxi.

• Please provide a mobile telephone number with country code. You can contact your driver by WhatsApp on the day of the transfer to notify of delays or to clarify how to find him on the spot. In Barcelona our sedan drivers cannot take more than 4 pieces of luggage in total, regardless of their size. If you arrive with more pieces of luggage than allowed and they don't fit into the car's trunk, our driver will be happy to assist you to get another taxi from the taxi stand. Indus Pickups will not be able to cover the charge of the additional taxi. Here at Indus Pickups, we understand that it may take you some time to get to your pickup location, so we offer the following complimentary waiting time, depending on the type of transfer booked: Airport pickup: 60 minutes The complimentary waiting time starts counting from the scheduled pickup time. In unique cases, where you are delayed in the airport unexpectedly or just need some more time, we would advise contacting our Customer Support as soon as you can. Please be advised that the additional waiting time may result in an additional charge based on the vehicle type you have requested. For a Pickup where a Sedan car-type is assigned: EUR 6.00 / 15 min For a Pickup where a Minivan car-type is assigned: EUR 9.00 / 15 min It would be a great idea to switch on your mobile phone or connect to the airports free Wi-Fi upon your arrival. If we are not able to get in touch with you an hour after your actual flight arrival time, we may have to release your drive. In situations that the flight is delayed, your driver will track the flight number you provided in your booking, so they are able to adjust the complimentary waiting time to the flight’s actual arrival time.
