• The audioguide app covers only the collection highlights and is available in English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• All visitors, including those eligible for free admission, must have a reservation. If reduced tickets are unavailable, adult tickets will apply at a higher price. Infants (0–5 years) and visitors with disabilities are exempt from the reservation fee, but please inform us of their attendance.
• -This product includes the museum entrance fee (€18 for adults). The remaining amount covers services such as meeting point assistance, booking fees, digital audio guide, and related services to enhance your experience.
• -Bags larger than 21 × 15 cm, water and food are not allowed in the museum areas; a free cloakroom is available.
• -Some artworks may not be displayed during your visit, as they may be lent to other museums or areas may be under maintenance.
