Our staff will greet you at the arrival area with a sign displaying the lead passenger’s name. Enjoy up to 2 hours of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. Your selected vehicle will be ready in the parking area — no taxi queues or waiting. The same car category you booked will be provided, as per your selection. All taxes, tolls, and parking fees are included in your booking — no hidden charges. Our team is easily identifiable, dressed in white shirts and brown pants, with the "i Travel" logo on their shirts. Hotel Departure: Please enter your exact pickup time in the 'Special Requirements' field when booking. Our team will call your hotel room from reception about 5 to 10 minutes before pickup. You will be met in the hotel lobby, where your voucher will be reconfirmed, and you’ll be assisted with departure. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Important Notes: This booking is for a one-way transfer only. If you require a return transfer, please make a separate booking. We are the direct service provider — no third parties involved.
