• We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing. For spring and summer: hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For winter: warm layers, gloves, scarves, and hats. In case of rain: waterproof gear is highly recommended
• Lead traveller of the group must present a government-issued photo ID
• Kids are welcome! They'll be required to ride their own bike. For younger participants, we recommend that they be experienced riders who are comfortable riding in a group and capable of navigating various surfaces and shared traffic roads. (Please provide the kids' height and age when booking)
• All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets
• Most dietary substitutions can be accommodated if requested in advance. Please note cross-contamination cannot be avoided.
• Non-alcoholic alternatives are available; please inform us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request

• • We kindly ask all guests to be in our office at least 10 minutes prior to tour departure to complete check-in formalities. • All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available. Please dress appropriately for the weather: we suggest hats and sunscreen for sunny days, and warm layers, gloves, and scarves for the winter. Don't forget waterproof clothing if rain is expected! • Lead traveller of the group must bring one government-issued photo ID • All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour. • Kid bikes & child seats are available but limited - make sure to confirm the height&weight of your kids to reserve the right size of bikes/child seats. • Make sure to communicate any allergy or dietary restrictions. Most can be accommodated if requested in advance but cross-contamination is unavoidable.
