STEP 2 — Florence Experience Start Your experience begins in central Florence, with the starting point depending on your selected option. Lunch-option guests make their own way to the confirmed restaurant for their pre-arranged meal. City Tour guests meet near the main entrance of Basilica di San Lorenzo and look for the English-speaking guide holding the company logo sign. Final meeting details are reconfirmed before the experience. STEP 3 — Florence City Tour — Selected Option Only If you select the City Tour option, meet your English-speaking guide for an approximately 1.5-hour walking tour through Florence's historic centre before lunch. Starting near Basilica di San Lorenzo, trace the city's story through nine landmark stops, from the Medici legacy of San Lorenzo and Palazzo Medici Riccardi to the Duomo and Giotto's Bell Tower. Continue through the streets associated with Dante, Piazza della Repubblica, and Piazza della Signoria before seeing the Uffizi exterior and finishing near Ponte Vecchio. Along the way, discover how the Medici, Renaissance art and architecture, civic life, and centuries of urban change shaped Florence. All landmark visits are exterior only; no attraction admission is included. After the tour, continue independently to your confirmed lunch location. STEP 4 — Tuscan Lunch in Florence After your City Tour, or as the starting experience for the Lunch option, sit down for a pre-arranged Tuscan lunch at a selected restaurant in central Florence. Enjoy regional flavors including porcini-and-truffle pasta, Bistecca alla Fiorentina with roasted potatoes, tiramisu, water, and a glass of Tuscan wine. The exact restaurant location, timing, and arrival instructions are reconfirmed before the experience. After lunch, make your own way to Firenze S.M.N. for your confirmed train to Rome. STEP 5 — Firenze S.M.N. Station Make your own way to Firenze S.M.N. station, for your confirmed train to Rome. There is no hotel pickup, restaurant-to-station transfer, or in-person guide for the rail journey. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your confirmed departure time, check the platform shown for your train, and use your e-ticket according to the ticket instructions to board. STEP 6 — High-Speed Rail to Rome Leave Florence from Firenze S.M.N. and travel south to Rome by high-speed train, turning the final part of your Florence stay into a straightforward city-to-city journey. The one-way rail ticket is included in your selected option. The actual departure is arranged within the 14:14–16:14 inventory window and confirmed before travel. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and brings you into Roma Termini in central Rome. Your transportation service ends upon arrival at Roma Termini; no onward hotel transfer or drop-off is included.

Arrive at Firenze S.M.N. at least 30 minutes before the confirmed departure. - Traveler Details: Provide each passenger's first name, last name and date of birth as required for rail ticketing. Keep the lead traveler's email and mobile/WhatsApp active for updates. - City Tour Format: The guided walk covers landmark exteriors only; attraction admission tickets are not included. - Late Arrivals: Missing an issued train may be treated as a no-show under the applicable ticket rules. Late arrival for the guide or restaurant may shorten or prevent the booked service. - Ending Point: The experience ends at Roma Termini. Hotel pickup, drop-off and local transfers are not included.
