   The Diadema Supertuscan Experience begins with a guided tour of the historic winery, offering a complete immersion into the history of wine, fermentation techniques, and the aging process. The tour also includes a visit to the olive mill, Frantoio Villa l’Olmo, where you will observe and learn about the traditional olive-pressing process using granite millstones. At the end of the tour, you will take part in a professional and emotional tasting of five Diadema IGT Supertuscan wines and two extra virgin olive oils, held in a magnificent panoramic setting.
