You will be picked up from your central London hotel or address and taken directly to your Heathrow airport terminal. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

• Pick up time will be confirmed with the local supplier before the travel date. Once booking has been confirmed, the local supplier will reach out to you to confirm your preferred pick up time.
• This service is not available to the City from London, London Bridge, Tower of London and the Docklands Area

• Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival.
