In this hands-on class, you’ll create the iconic French Paris-Brest entirely from scratch. Guided by our professional pastry chef, you’ll learn how to prepare choux pastry, make a rich praline cream, pipe each element, and assemble and decorate your finished dessert. The class combines several essential French pastry techniques in a single recipe, giving you skills you can reuse for many other classic desserts. Designed for all levels, the experience takes place in a welcoming Parisian studio with clear instruction and personalized guidance throughout. More than simply following a recipe, you’ll discover the precision, textures, and flavors that make the Paris-Brest a true classic of French pâtisserie—and leave with your own beautifully finished creation.
