When making a booking please provide your cruise ship name and your flight departure details and the full address of your Heathrow airport terminal or hotel or Central London hotel. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously, You will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representative or driver. Pick up procedure from central London. Your driver or representative will pick you up directly from your London accommodation. For this door-to-door service, the first pickup will start from 10:30am on selected cruise arrival days, aiming to drop you at the cruise port by no later than 1:30pm. When making a booking please provide your cruise ship name and the full address of your Heathrow airport hotel or central London hotel. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representative or driver.

• As the vehicles are small vans and minibuses, we are able to pick up directly from the front of 95% of London Hotels
• The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Service from the cruise terminal is available from 7:30am on selected cruise arrival days. With the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15am
• If you are flying from Heathrow Airport or staying in a London Heathrow Airport Hotel, you will be dropped off at approximately 9:30am. For London airport hotels you will be dropped at approximately 11:30am.

• Please note: During major events or heavy traffic in Central London, we may adjust your pick-up time slightly earlier than scheduled. In rare cases, we may reroute passengers to a nearby meeting point—but you will not need to make your own way. Our team will handle all logistics and ensure you're transported smoothly.

• Cruise terminal pickup. When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal just by the exit of the cruise terminal where our representative or driver will be standing displaying a name board with EC Minibus Cruise Shared Ride Service or your name between 7:30 am to 8:00 am. PLEASE REMAIN IN FRONT OF THE CRUISE TERMINAL EXIT AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE NOTE THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE THE TERMINAL BY NO LATER THAN 08:15 AM. If you have not been able to make contact with our representative by 8 AM. please contact us immediately, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914. On some occasions, the cruise company has been known to provide a later disembarkation time slot that may cause you to miss this service. we advise you to inform them that you need to be off the ship by 7:45 AM because if you are not able to meet the representative by 8:15 AM you will lose the service If you are persistent they will make the arrangements.
