To ensure we allocate the most suitable vehicle, please specify the amount of luggage you will be travelling with before the journey (via message or email). If the number of passengers or your luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, another vehicle can be arranged. The capacity and size guide is explained below. ** Please provide the full pick up address in London and your cruise ship name. If we are picking you up from Heathrow or Gatwick airport, please also provide your arrival flight number. Our chauffeur will be ready to meet and greet you outside your location 10 minutes prior to pick up time. For airports, a chauffeur will be ready to meet and greet you inside the arrivals hall of the terminal, holding a name board with your name. We actively track your flight, so if it arrives early or is delayed, there is no need to worry — we will be there at the correct time. Once you have met your chauffeur, please feel free to hand over any heavy luggage or trolley, and we will take care of it while escorting you to the vehicle. Upon entering the vehicle, you will be asked to confirm your drop-off address. You are also welcome to share your preferences regarding temperature, radio station, and to request the Wi-Fi password if required.
