Highlights

Reiseverlauf

Once your booking is confirmed, our operations team will contact you to verify your name, contact details, pickup location, destination and service time. For airport-to-hotel transfers, we will send you photos, videos and clear instructions showing the designated meeting point. Our airport meeting team is available 24/7. When you arrive at the meeting point, simply provide your name to our representative. They will welcome you, escort you to the assigned vehicle and assist you with boarding. For hotel-to-airport transfers, the driver will arrive at the hotel at the scheduled pickup time and first ask the reception desk for you using your full name. If you are not available at reception, the driver will check the hotel lobby. If you still cannot be located, the driver or our operations team will contact you directly. Shortly before the transfer, we will also provide the driver’s details and vehicle plate number. Our operations team will remain available throughout the service to support you when needed. After boarding, your driver will take you directly to the confirmed destination. The service is completed once you arrive safely and leave the vehicle with your belongings.
