Business class  and fast track passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60 , 90 or 120 minutes from flight landing time. We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time. If passengers think they may need longer time to reach arrival hall for an Airport pickup, They must contact us withing 40 minutes of joining immigration line so we can keep their driver waiting.  Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel Pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.    There are no hidden costs. London vehicle tax, Airport pickup charge and Airport drop off charges are included in the price.

• If passengers stuck at immigration line and think they will take longer than 75 minutes to reach arrival hall, they should try their best to contact us and inform their situation via phone or email using free wifi at the Airport.
• If passengers needed more time to get through immigration line than the pr- requested pickup time , they must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landed time so we can keep driver waiting
• Adult pricing applies to all passengers
• Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking. (subject to availability)
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Please note that luggage allowances indicated is the total allowed per group, not per person
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
