Elevators are available for visitors with mobility issues, and a considerable portion of the museum features wheelchair-accessible paths. Please note that visitors with limited mobility can contact us to request special accommodations, such as wheelchairs or walkers. A member of your group will be responsible for pushing the wheelchair. Please note that wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers are not permitted in the passage connecting the Basilica's courtyard due to the 50 steps that are both downwards and upwards. The tour will conclude with a visit to the Museums. It is forbidden to split the group to allow part of it to continue inside the Basilica. The whole group is requested to stay with the guide. For the same reason, we suggest avoiding strollers and using a baby sling instead.
