   Trastevere

   Descending into Trastevere, one of Rome’s most vibrant and authentic neighborhoods, we stop for a taste of pizza al taglio, a Roman specialty known for its crispy base and delicious toppings, served fresh from the oven. After savoring this local favorite, we head to Bar San Calisto, a true institution where Romans gather daily. Here, you can enjoy a classic espresso or a digestivo like amaro or sambuca, immersing yourself in the city's laid-back café culture in one of its most iconic spots.

   Next, we head to the Orange Tree Garden, a quiet and beautiful spot on the Aventine Hill. This peaceful park is filled with orange trees and offers one of the best views of Rome.
