Treffpunkt

We're located at the northernmost end of the Chelsea Piers Complex at Pier 62 adjacent to Hudson River Park. Please check-in at the ticket booth upon arrival. The ticket booth is located on the water just steps from the dock and our boats.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Each person planning to attend needs a ticket regardless of age. Child/Infant tickets available on select departures. If child/infant tickets unavailable please purchase general admission/adult tickets for each person planning to attend
• Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
• Only animals that perform a manual task to assist a person are permitted aboard. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted
• Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to check-in at the ticket booth for your boarding passes. Bring a valid photo ID for check-in
• Please coordinate with the operator in advance if assistance is required for boarding or if you have any questions about general accessibility. Accessibility varies by boat
• When purchasing tickets, please advise us right away if you are buying tickets separately from others in your group so that we can seat you together
• Large group bookings are not permitted. Multiple bookings are subject to added fees or cancellation by operator
• Our captain, crew and band speak English
• Guests will be assigned elegant tables and comfortable seating in the grand salon
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• When purchasing tickets, please advise us right away if you are buying tickets separately from others in your group so that we can seat you together. There's no need to print anything prior to check-in at the meeting point. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth and we'll issue boarding passes at check-in. Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time. Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If lost, please call 212-627-1825
