   Lisbon Cruise Port

   Pickup at the cruise terminal. We will meet right across the terminal, a very easy meeting point, avoiding the crowds looking for taxis and vans. Just exit the ship, cross the avenue, and we meet at the little red kiosk, by the traffic lights (we will send all details via email). We will then have an approximate 45 minutes drive to Pena Palace.

   Pena National Palace

   Guided visit to the Pena Palace exterior, exploring garden and grounds. The Pena Palace is one of the best representations of 19th century Romanticism in Europe. Being the second-highest point in the Serra de Sintra (over 500m above sea level), it will amaze you with its unique architecture and spectacular views. King Ferdinand II - the king-artist - fell in love with Sintra, and following the purchase of the property, decided to build a unique castle and park, with 500 plant species from all corners of the world. The palace incorporates Manueline and Moorish architectural influences, that together will give you an atmosphere of “a thousand and one nights.”. An unforgettable experience.    Sintra

   In the center of Sintra, you can enjoy the wonders of this beautiful medieval little town, walking the narrow streets, feel the local atmosphere and have lunch - do not miss a nice coffee and local pastry "Travesseiro".

   Quinta da Regaleira

   Regaleira is a 19th century Villa, known as Palácio da Regaleira. Located in the center of Sintra, it was bought by a Portuguese businessman who was fascinated by secret orders such as Freemasonry and the Templars. Regaleira was transformed into a palace surrounded by gardens, lakes, caves and enigmatic constructions, symbolic places, typical of secret societies and rituals. A unique monument influenced by Romantic, Neo-Gothic and Manueline architecture. When in Sintra you can have a quick walk (15 min) to see Quinta da Regaleira from outside, and take a photo (interior visit not included)

   Castelo de São Jorge

   Cascais will amaze you, with its mix of a little fishing village, together with the sophistication of a place where kings and queens would spend part of their summer. Time for coffee or ice-cram, if you like. Short stop before driving back to your ship.

   Estoril

   Estoril is a village where different people, from different social backgrounds, met during the 30s and 40s of last century. Exiled kings, 2nd world war spies, meeting at the biggest casino in Europe, everything happened. Even James Bond might have been "planned" here. A quick pass-by and we will tell you all about it, on the way back to Lisbon.

   We will drive back to Lisbon, to drop you off timely at your terminal - back to the cruise ship
