   First, please go to Via Tunisi 5A to collect your official tickets. Our hosts will then accompany you to the Vatican Museums entrance. Please do not go directly to the Vatican Museums, as entry requires the tickets collected at the meeting point.

• Please provide the full names (first and last) of all guests match with your ID. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Vatican Museums.
• If the clients are less than 18 years old you need to bring a document to prove it inside the Vatican Museums.
• Visitors with certified disabilities of 67% or more receive free entry to the Vatican Museums. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one companion also enters free. Note: This type of ticket cannot be booked online
• Please Note: We are not responsible for partial closures within the Vatican Museums or the Sistine Chapel. No refunds will be provided if specific areas are closed due to special events. Refunds will only be issued if the entire site is closed and the visit cannot take place.
• Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered for entry to the Sistine Chapel. This requirement applies to all genders.
• This activity includes host assistance only and is not a guided tour.
