If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If waiting time at the train station exceeds 50 minutes from the set pickup time or the train arrival time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the train station 50 minutes from the train arrival time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
