   The Sistine Chapel

   The Sistine Chapel is located at the very end of the Vatican Museums. Your Tour guide will take his time to explain the breathtaking frescoes painted by Michelangelo.

   St. Peter's Basilica

   St. Peter's Basilica – ONLY if the St. Peter's Basilica option is selected. This option does NOT include the Raphael Rooms. You will use a shortcut from the Sistine Chapel to enter St. Peter's Basilica, so you won't have to wait in line, and your guide will show you the masterpieces of the largest church in the world. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are not permitted through this passage.

• This tour is offered in two options: the St. Peter's Basilica option (Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica – the Raphael Rooms are NOT included) or the Raphael Rooms option (Vatican Museums, Raphael Rooms and Sistine Chapel – St. Peter's Basilica is NOT included). Please check your selected option carefully.
• Please be aware that access to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to Vatican regulations and ceremonies. The Vatican Museums or the Basilica may decide to close these sites on short notice due to official events or religious proceedings. In the event of any unexpected developments, we are unable to foresee or control these closures in advance. However, your ticket will still grant you access to the Vatican Museums.
• Visitors holding a disability card with more than 75% are entitled to free entrance and do not need to purchase a ticket.
• Knees and shoulders must be covered to enter during your visit.
• The tour involves climbing stairs. There is no elevator access in most areas of the Vatican Museums. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
• Strollers are allowed inside the Vatican Museums, though many areas have stairs and lifts are limited. In the St. Peter's Basilica option, strollers must be foldable and carried through the passage to the Basilica.
• Wheelchairs and mobility aids are never permitted through the passage from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Basilica, due to Vatican security regulations. For travelers using wheelchairs or mobility aids, we recommend the Raphael Rooms option (without Basilica), which allows your guide to follow the accessible route inside the Museums. Please contact us before booking so we can organize your visit in the best way.
