This audio walk will show you the hidden gems and the ‘off the beaten track’ in Amsterdam. You'll be surprised about all that is found in such a short walking distance! Starting at the Vondelpark, we'll make our way through a vibrant 19th century neighbourhood with a local atmosphere. The tour ends at a former tram depot (De Hallen) which is now a centre for media, culture, fashion, food and local crafts. We’ll go from a church to a mosque, from a busy shopping street to a quiet street with a ‘village’ vibe next to a local market. The tour is ready whenever you are.       The Vondelpark is a public urban park of 47 hectares in Amsterdam. Yearly, the park has around 10 million visitors. In the park is an open-air theatre, a playground and several food service facilities.

      De Hallen is a former tram depot which is now a national monument that houses several companies, including an art house cinema, hotel, TV studio, library, crafts centre, cultural organization, several culinary concepts and the Foodhallen.

It works best if you start it in the right place and follow the directions from one location to the next. • When the download completes, you’ll see a screen with a photo of the starting point and directions to it.
