The Santo Amaro Docks
The Santo Amaro Docks are located under the pillars that support the 25 de Abril bridge, in Alcântara, and were built during the period in which the requalification works were carried out on the port of Lisbon, inaugurated in 1887 by King D. Luís I At the beginning of the 20th century, these docks only served to shelter small vessels. Currently, they are a leisure space for locals and tourists alike.
