Escape Lisbon for a guided 4-hour kayak adventure in the Arrábida Natural Park and protected Luiz Saldanha Marine Park. Meet at Time Out Market and travel to Sesimbra, where the kayak experience begins. Paddle stable double sit-on-top kayaks along limestone cliffs, discovering caves, rock passages and hidden coves on the way to Ribeiro do Cavalo Beach. After around 1.5 hours, relax, swim and enjoy a picnic with your choice of chicken or vegan baguette, seasonal fruit, traditional Sesimbra Farinha Torrada and water. Paddle back to Sesimbra before returning to Lisbon. The experience takes approximately 7 hours, including round-trip transport. Our local guides share their knowledge of the region and its stories.. Groups are kept small, with a maximum of 5 double kayaks per guide. Larger bookings are divided into separate groups. No previous kayaking experience is required. All participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable in open water.

    1. We will drive from Lisbon to the village to Sesimbra and the trip will take around 50 minutes. Upon arrival we will get ready to go on the water (this is the moment to apply sunscreen) and you will receive a safety and technical briefing from the guide.

      Travel along the spectacular Arrábida coastline by kayak, with time for exploration, swimming and the beach picnic.

    We will be in front of the main entrance with the clock on top on the south side of the building holding a big sign for the Tour. This entrance is facing the main street and next to it is Ginginha and Manteigaria shops.
