Depending on the time of day, you will be welcomed into a private home kitchen in either the historic Cannaregio district (morning classes) or the picturesque island of Giudecca (evening classes)—two of Venice's most authentic neighborhoods. Guided by a passionate local chef, you will roll up your sleeves and learn to prepare a traditional 3-course feast from scratch. You'll master handmade "Pasta Fresca," a delicious seasonal vegetable main course, and the ultimate Italian dessert, Tiramisù. After the cooking workshop, gather around the table with your hosts and group to enjoy the fruits of your labor, paired with excellent local wines. Perfect for families, friends, and food lovers craving a genuine, off-the-beaten-path connection with Venice.
