The meeting point is in the square in front of the Santi Cosma and Damiano Basilica, in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1 (halfway, near the Roman Forum entrance). Our staff will be wearing a blue Flag with our logos. Please arrive 15 minutes early—late arrivals cannot join the tour.

• A smartphone is required to download and listen to the audio guide
• We recommend the use of headphones for a better listening and audio guide experience (headphones are not included)
• Meeting time is subject to change. If this happens, the activity provider will contact you by phone or message. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number with country code, and regularly check your WhatsApp and email for updates.
• Late arrivals will not be refunded
• We recommend downloading the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward. Kindly note that it may not work on very old phones or devices not compatible with the app.
• The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
• Most travelers can participate. Not wheelchair accessible. Please note that due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for any persons with disabilities.

• This voucher is not your entry ticket – it’s only a booking confirmation. You cannot enter the Colosseum with this voucher alone. Please go to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the starting time. Our staff will give you your official entrance tickets and assist you with the audio guide if needed. Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name at entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed. Download the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward.
