With the help of a diplomaed pastry chef, you will discover all the secrets of the famous French croissants and pains au chocolat. During our time together you will be the chef! You will make the dough from scratch, do the lamination, watch the rising of the croissants and bake them. In the intimacy of a traditional haussmannian Parisian apartment, you will become a real croissant connoisseur. You will taste delicious pastries and leave with all of your wonderful creations and instructions to repeat the recipe at home. You will also receive advice on your Parisian trip: what to do, where to shop and eat and more importantly, where to enjoy good pastries.
Instructions (building codes and floor) will be given the day before the class.
