Please note: Late arrivals may be treated as a “No Show” in line with our Terms & Conditions, and unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided.

• Make sure to wear flat-soled shoes or beach sandals, as well as comfortable, light clothing.
• No smoking on board
• Pregnant women and children below 5 years old are not permitted for safety
• Visitors are encouraged to bring a camera to capture some breathtaking views.
• Bring your original passport with you on the day of the tour, as it may be required at check-in
• Guests maybe requested to share a copy of their passport with the local tour operator in advance for verification
• Without exception, below 5 years old and pregnant women are not permitted on board for safety reason.
• Safety Precautions: While speed boat tours are generally safe, it is essential to take some precautions to ensure your safety. Always wear a life jacket while on the boat, and follow the instructions of the guide carefully. If you have any medical conditions, it is essential to check with your doctor before taking the tour

• Contact your local tour operator via WhatsApp and exchange your voucher for an entry ticket atleast 24 hours prior to tour date. IMPORTANT: This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. As required by the UAE Coast Guard, all guests must carry an original and valid form of identification. Foreign nationals must present a passport, while UAE residents can present either an Emirates ID or a passport. Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to board. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time for check-in procedures and verification. If you arrive late, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and 100% of the charges will apply. Due to potential heavy traffic in the marina area, please ensure you arrive on time. For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with back problems, and children under 5 years old are not permitted on board.
