Explore Florence Central Market with your chefs, taste local products, then prepare Nonna’s lasagna from scratch with fresh pasta, Bolognese ragù and béchamel, plus classic tiramisu. Both options include fresh ingredients, apron, cooking utensils, chef guidance, digital recipes and Graduation Certificate. Vegetarian guests are welcome with advance notice.
