You’ll learn traditional techniques, understand the ingredients, and discover the stories and traditions behind two of Italy’s most beloved dishes. The experience takes place at Al Parco Firenze, surrounded by greenery and away from the busy city streets. After cooking, sit down and enjoy the meal you created yourself, making the experience as much about sharing, relaxing, and enjoying Italian hospitality as it is about learning to cook.
